Matthew Davey sources local suppliers for the freshest seasonal produce. All our meat comes with a guarantee that the stock is reared in a traditional way and is fully traceable. Poultry is free range, fish from the south coast, game from neighbouring estates and whenever possible organic vegetables are used.
