the barThe bar with it's low ceilings, flagged floors and roaring log fire produces a traditional yet relaxing atmosphere enhanced by the young and friendly staff. Beer 'afficionados' are well catered for with real ale on offer from three local independent breweries alongside traditional cider. The wine list is extensive with over 160 bins ranging from the classic French regions to the ever increasingly popular New World wine producers. There are two rooms off the bar area and a conservatory to enjoy a wide range of foods produced by Michelin trained Head Chef Matthew Davey and his experienced team.
